Beware of Anyone Who Claims To See Visions

by David J. Stewart | June 2018

“Knowing this first, that no prophecy of the scripture is of any private interpretation.” —2nd Peter 1:20

Hebrews 1:1-2, “God, who at sundry times and in divers manners spake in time past unto the fathers by the prophets, Hath in these last days spoken unto us by his Son, whom he hath appointed heir of all things, by whom also he made the worlds.”

Beware Of Religious Nuts Like Mrs. Ellen G. White Who Claim To See Visions From God

Anyone who claims to have received a vision from God, like Mormon false prophet Joseph Smith (1805-1844), or Seventh-Day Adventism's Ellen G. White, or Mary K. Baxter, is a FALSE PROPHET!!! Our text  passages above plainly teach that NO SCRIPTURE is of any private interpretation. That means God doesn't give special message to any particular person, we all have access to the SAME truth of the Holy Bible. God only speaks to us today through the Word of God. Jesus is the incarnate living Word (John 1:1-13, 14) and the Bible is the written Word. Carefully notice what Jesus commanded us all to do in John 5:39, “Search the scriptures; for in them ye think ye have eternal life: and they are they which testify of me.” Romans 4:3a, “For what saith the scripture?” And so I tell you with with the utmost confidence Scripturally, to beware of anyone who claims to have received a vision from God. NO THEY DIDN'T!!!

Let's start with heretic Ellen White. You need to understand that Seventh-Day Adventism (SDA) attributes “VISIONS” to Ellen G. White (1927-1915), which they believe qualifies her as some sort of spiritual tour-guide from God. I'm not going to get into Joseph Smith's alleged “visions” in this article, because there is plenty of information exposing the Mormons online.

Okay, regarding Ellen White, here's a quote from the same issue of “Signs Of The Times,” page 11:

“While studying and praying with friends in Portland, Ellen went into a vision. God showed her that the Advent believers were on a difficult and sometimes discouraging path, but one that, if followed faithfully, would take them to the kingdom of Heaven. That was followed shortly by another vision, in which she was asked to tell others what God was telling her.”

Here's another quote from the same issue of “Signs Of The Times,” page 15:

“Seventh-day Adventists believe that God worked through her [Ellen White] in a singular way to clarify and emphasize the Bible's message about Jesus' return.”

SOURCE: Who are the Adventists?, “Truth Matters: Signs Of The Times” magazine, page 15.

SDA's violate the Holy Scriptures by recognizing their alleged prophetess, Ellen G. White, as a “VOICE” from God. The Bible plainly tells us that God only speaks to us through JESUS CHRIST. Hebrews 1:1-2, “God, who at sundry times and in divers manners spake in time past unto the fathers by the prophets, Hath in these last days spoken unto us by his Son, whom he hath appointed heir of all things, by whom also he made the worlds.” Jesus is the Living Word, and the Bible is the Written Word (John 1:1-3,14; Revelation 19:13). Jesus is not here physically today; but rather, He ascended into Heaven and is seated on the right-hand of the Father (Colossians 3:1-2; Romans 8:34), and Christ's Holy Spirit indwells every believer (Romans 8:9). Hence, God speaks to us solely through the inspired Words of God in the Holy Bible, which in English is the trustworthy King James Bible!!! God does NOT speak today through visions or dreams!!!

2nd Peter 1:20, “Knowing this first, that no prophecy of the scripture is of any private interpretation.” Ellen White's claim of private visions from God is of the Devil!!! SDA is creepy! Beware of any religious person who claims to see visions, or follows a religion whose leaders and founders have claimed to see visions. In my book, only nuts see visions! Ellen White was a nutcase! SDA's put forth a false sense of humility, claiming that even Ellen didn't want her writings to be compared with God's Word; and yet, SDA's entire whacko prophetic heresy concerning the meaningless year 1844 is solely based upon the satanic writings of Ellen White. To learn more about SDA's and 1844, please read my article: Things You Need To Know About The Cult Of Seventh-day Adventism.

Kindly, Ellen White was an unsaved fruitcake who claimed to have experienced private visions. This clever hoax is still deceiving 16,000,000 Seventh-day Adventists worldwide in 2015. SDA is a satanic cult, which needs to be exposed for what it is, straight from the pits of Hell.

John 8:45 “And because I tell you the truth, ye believe me not.” —Jesus Christ

Seventh-day Adventists deny the reality and existence of a literal burning Hell. Instead, like Jehovah's Witnesses teach, SDA's believe in annihilation for the wicked. This is totally unbiblical. You need to know about the SDA heresy on Hell. Clearly, SDA is very different than Biblical Christianity. Never follow any religious leader who isn't following the plain Word of God. When anyone starts talking about “visions,” it's time to leave. Ask them what they've been smoking?

You need to understand that when SDA's speak about salvation by grace alone through faith alone in Jesus Christ alone, they have a different meaning of the word “FAITH” than the Bible does. As I showed you early in a quote from Ellen White, she considers “FAITH” as being all-inclusive of a life of obedience to Christ, which would definitely include consecration, surrendering one's will and discipleship. Come to think of it, that's exactly what Dr. John MacArthur, John Calvin, Paul Washer, Ray Comfort and other heretics are teaching today.

The truth, Biblically, is that eternal life is a free gift, free to be received without obligation or strings attached. But then, when a person gets saved (born-again), there is a second decision that God wants us to make, but it is not required nor will it have any effect on God's gift of salvation to us. That second decision is DISCIPLESHIP! The first decision was SALVATION. Don't confuse or mix these two or you will have a false plan of salvation, which is merely religion without the new birth by the Holy Spirit of God.

Just like Roman Catholics who professes to believe the Gospel, while adding the Seven Sacraments to be saved; so also do Seventh-day Adventists add obedience to the things of Christ to be saved. These are BOTH false plans of salvation.

Please keep in mind that occultist Alice Bailey (considered by many to be the mother of the modern New Age Movement), in her book titled “The Externalisation Of The Hierarchy,” mentions the word “Christ” 666 times. This is because Miss Bailey's “Christ” is the soon coming Antichrist!!! So when SDA's speak of Christ, without mentioning His death on the cross for our sins, His burial, and His bodily resurrection three days later, you might want to ask which “Christ” they are talking about.

Despite some attempt to downplay the occult involvement of SDA founders, the truth is plainly evident. Ellen and James White have Masonic tombs upon their graves. Research and you will find, that Freemasonry did have a big influence of SDA.

SDA's Teach Lordship Salvation, Which Is Another Gospel

If you'll search online amongst SDA websites for “How To Be Saved,” you'll get Lordship Salvation basically. Here's an SDA official website, where they invite the reader to receive the free gift of eternal life, but then add a stipulation that works are necessary to be saved. Notice carefully that the SDA author of the following article speaks of God saving a person in future terms. This is because SDA's believe Christ entered into the heavenly Holy Place in 1844 to begin his work of “Investigative Judgment” ( a bizarre heresy exclusive to SDA). No other religious group teaches this bizarre doctrine, which is a big warning flag also.

Here's what SDA's teach concerning salvation...

Nor do we have the right to say for sure whom God will save. Given the kinds of people Jesus brushed shoulders with (thieves, the demon-possessed and prostitutes), it's a safe bet that there will be people in heaven that you and I wouldn't have selected to go there. ... God does want us to be good. Determinedly wicked people aren't trusting in Jesus, or they wouldn't do the things they do.

SOURCE: Seventh-day Adventist Church: How To Know You're Saved

The preceding statement is a lie. To say that people who intentionally commit wickedness are not saved is unbiblical. Noah deliberately got drunk. Samson deliberately went with harlots. David deliberately commit adultery with Bath-Sheba and murdered her husband. Jonah deliberately ran from God's will. Ananias and Sapphira deliberately lied and stole from God. Demas forsook Paul in the ministry, loving this present world. Peter deliberately took his clothes off, denied knowing Christ and quit the ministry, et cetera. The Bible is filled with shameful believers who did horrible things as Christians. All Christians sin.

The problem is that when you require a change of life as validation, confirmation or legitimization of one's faith in Christ, you've changed the plan of salvation. How can eternal life truly be a “free gift” (Romans 5:15; 6:23) if your behavior must change as part of being saved? It cannot! On the same website as the previous quote, SDA's teach that salvation can be lost, and that to remain saved, a person must continually choose to “STAY CLOSE TO GOD” ...

People can “fall away” from God through choice, pressure, carelessness or inattention. Though God draws us to Himself and will do everything He can to keep us close to Him, He won't force us to stay. But those who do stay close to God live happier, more confident lives than those who don't.

SOURCE: Seventh-day Adventist Church: How To Know You're Saved

Notice the heresy in the preceding quote. SDA's teach that those who stay closer to God can live more confident lives than those who don't. Clearly, SDA's do not view salvation as a new birth that cannot be reversed. Rather, their heresy on Investigative Judgment teaches that since 1844, Christ is in the heavenly Holy Place deciding who is “worthy” or not to enter into Heaven. So if you stay close to God throughout your life, you have much better odds of being found worthy than if you don't stay close to God. Ladies and gentleman, this is an entirely satanic false plan of salvation that cannot produce the new birth by the Holy Spirit of God. John 1:12-13, “But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name: Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.”

Galatians 4:16, “Am I therefore become your enemy, because I tell you the truth?” —Apostle Paul

Biblically, you must be born-again to be saved. Notice that the SDA website titled, “How To Be Saved,” never mentions the Gospel. What is the Gospel? The Bible tells us:

1st Corinthians 15:1-4, “Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand; By which also ye are saved, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain. For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures.”

There you have it... Christ DIED on the cross for our sins, He was BURIED and He RESURRECTED the third day. If you see yourself as a guilty sinner in God's holy eyes (Romans 3:19), and believe the Gospel (Mark 1:15), you will be immediately and forever saved (Romans 10:13).

Clearly, the Bible teaches something very different than what SDA's teach. You don't get to Heaven by receiving God's free gift and then staying close to God in holy living, increasing your odds that God will save you. That's the same theological garbage that Billy Graham, John MacArthur, Paul Washer and other heretics are teaching, infiltrating and defiling evangelical churches. The Bible teaches that we are saved by God's righteousness, not our own (Romans 10:3-4). Philippians 3:9, “And be found in him, not having mine own righteousness, which is of the law, but that which is through the faith of Christ, the righteousness which is of God by faith.” In theological language, and mentioned in Romans 4:5-6 of the precious King James Bible, it is called IMPUTATION. We are saved by the imputed righteousness of God by faith in Jesus Christ (2nd Corinthians 5:21), because we have no righteousness of our own to offer God (Isaiah 64:6).

Hence, once you are saved, you can NEVER lose your salvation. When you hear someone saying that they “used to be a Christian,” what they are really saying is that they once ascribed to the philosophy of Christianity or joined a Christian organization, but they were never truly BORN-AGAIN!!! Christianity began as a new birth by faith in Christ Jesus. When it went to Greece, Christianity became a philosophy. When it went to Rome, it became an organization. When it spread throughout Europe, it became a culture. And when it came to America, Christianity became a business!

Beware of Miss Mary Katherine Baxter's Heresies

A Divine Revelation of HellMiss Baxter is a false prophetess, who like Ellen White (1827-1915) claims to have received visions from God. In the Foreword, Miss Baxter states...

Unlike other books, I believe that the Holy Spirit has brought this writing into being for time and eternity.  The experiences and the message are of utmost importance to the body of Christ.

SOURCE: Mary K Baxter A Divine Revelation of Hell Heaven

Just as with the self-proclaimed prophetess Ellen G. White of the Seventh Day Adventists, Katherine Baxter is a false prophet.  You don't need to wonder whether or not she is telling the truth--she is lying.  Why would God need to give a "private" message to anyone, when God has openly told us MUCH about Hell already in the Scriptures?

Let’s look at some verses concerning Hell.  Jesus foretells of WEEPING and GNASHING OF TEETH, “...there shall be WEEPING and GNASHING OF TEETH” (Matthew 8:12).  Bind him hand and foot, and take him away, and cast him into outer darkness; there shall be WEEPING AND GNASHING OF TEETH” (Matthew 22:13).  And shall cut him asunder, and appoint him his portion with the hypocrites: there shall be WEEPING AND GNASHING OF TEETH” (Matthew 24:51).  And shall cut him asunder, and appoint him his portion with the hypocrites: there shall be WEEPING AND GNASHING OF TEETH” (Matthew 25:30).  There shall be WEEPING AND GNASHING OF TEETH, when ye shall see Abraham, and Isaac, and Jacob, and all the prophets, in the kingdom of God, and you yourselves thrust out” (Luke 13:28).  And if thy hand offend thee, cut it off: it is better for thee to enter into life maimed, than having two hands to go into hell, into the FIRE THAT NEVER SHALL BE QUENCHED: Where their worm dieth not, and the FIRE IS NOT QUENCHED.   And if thy foot offend thee, cut it off: it is better for thee to enter halt into life, than having two feet to be cast into hell, into the FIRE THAT NEVER SHALL BE QUENCHED: Where their worm dieth not, and the FIRE IS NOT QUENCHED.  And if thine eye offend thee, pluck it out: it is better for thee to enter into the kingdom of God with one eye, than having two eyes to be cast into HELL FIRE: Where their worm dieth not, and the FIRE IS NOT QUENCHED” (Mark 9:43-48).  Hell has fire!  What more information do you need?  Hell has fire!

We are warned in 2nd Thessalonians 1:8,9... "In flaming fire taking vengeance on them that know not God, and that obey not the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ: Who shall be punished with everlasting destruction from the presence of the Lord, and from the glory of his power."  You see, the Bible says that people who refuse to OBEY THE GOSPEL go to Hell; and not people who fail to obey the law, or repent from their sins as Miss Baxter states.  The Word of God tells us repeatedly that Hell is a horrible place of suffering, torment, agony, misery, and regret.  We DON'T need a special message from some self-proclaimed prophetess about the "realities of Hell."  God's Word is sufficient.

Baxter Perverts the Scriptural Plan of Salvation

In chapter 16, The Center Of Hell, Miss Baxter states her alleged experience of being in Hell...

I heard the woman say, "Lord, I knew you would come someday.  Please let me out of this place of torment." She was dressed in the clothes of an ancient era, and she was very beautiful.  I knew that .I she had been here for many centuries but could not die.  Her soul was in torment.  She began to pull at the bars and cry.

Softly Jesus said, "Peace, be still." He spoke to her with sadness in His voice.  "Woman, you know why you are here."

"Yes," she said, "but I can change.  I remember, when You let all those others out of paradise.  I " remember Your words of salvation.  I will be good now," she cried, "and I will serve You." She clenched the bars of the cell in her tiny fists and began to scream, "Let me out! Let me out!"

At that, she began to change before our eyes.  Her clothing began to burn.  Her flesh fell off, and all that remained was a black skeleton with burned-out holes for eyes and a hollow shell of a soul.  I watched in horror as the old woman fell to the floor.  All her beauty had departed in a moment.  It staggered my imagination to think that she had been here since before Christ was born.

Jesus said to her, "You knew on earth what your end would be.  Moses gave you the law, and you heard it.  But instead of obeying My law, you chose to be an instrument in the hands of Satan, a soothsayer and witch.  You even taught the art of witchcraft.  You loved darkness rather than light, and your deeds were evil.  If you had repented with your heart, My Father would have forgiven you.  But now, it is too late."

SOURCE: Mary K Baxter A Divine Revelation of Hell Heaven

Miss Baxter makes some serious theological blunders in her statements.  She states that Jesus scolded the woman in Hell, for not "obeying my law."  However, Jesus Himself said that Law of God wasn't intended to be obeyed... "Wherefore the law was our schoolmaster to bring us unto Christ, that we might be justified by faith. But after that faith is come, we are no longer under a schoolmaster. For ye are all the children of God by faith in Christ Jesus" (Galatians 3:24-26).  The purpose of the Old Testament Law was to be a measuring stick, to reveal our exceeding sinfulness, and show us our desperate need for a Savior.  Miss Baxter speaks a bunch of mumbo-jumbo, but never really presents a clear, concise, plan of salvation from the Scriptures.  She mentions giving one's heart to the Lord, but that is not salvation.  She mentions repenting from one's sins, but that is not salvation.  Only though faith alone in the blood sacrifice of Jesus Christ can our sins be washed away (1st Peter 1:18,19).

Acts 15:1, “And certain men which came down from Judaea taught the brethren,
and said, Except ye be circumcised after the manner of Moses, ye cannot be saved.

In her book, A Divine Revelation Of Hell, Mary Katherine Baxter claims that God chose her to let the world know about the REALITIES of Hell...

Hear the eyewitness testimony on the True Existence of Hell.   Mary Katherine Baxter was chosen by God to let the world know of the REALITY of Hell.  Jesus Christ appeared to Mary Baxter on 40 consecutive nights and took Mary on a tour of Hell and Heaven. She walked, with Jesus, through the horrors of Hell and talked with many people. Jesus showed her what happens to souls when they die and what happens to the unbelievers and Servants of God who do not obey there calling.

SOURCE: Mary K Baxter A Divine Revelation of Hell Heaven

Towards the bottom of the webpage, under the section "A Prophecy From Jesus," they state:

In 1976, while she was living in Belleville, Jesus appeared to her in human form, in dreams, in visions, and in revelations.  Since that time, she has received many visitations from the Lord.  During those visits He has shown her the depths, degrees, levels, and torments of lost souls in hell.  She has also received many visions of heaven, the Great Tribulation, and the end of time.

During one period of her life, Jesus appeared to her each night for forty nights.  He revealed to her the horrors of hell and the glories of heaven.  He told her that this message is for the whole world.

SOURCE: Mary K Baxter A Divine Revelation of Hell Heaven

2nd Peter 1:20 warns, "Knowing this first, that no prophecy of the scripture is of any private interpretation."  The Bible calls Miss Baxter a liar.  The Scriptures tell us that there are NO "private" interpretations of prophecy.

Baxter Falsely Teaches That Salvation Can Be Lost

Jesus said, "This man was a preacher of the Word of God.  There was a time when he served Me with all his heart and led many people to salvation.  Some of his converts are still serving Me today, many years later.  The lust of the flesh and the deceitfulness of riches led him astray.  He let Satan gain the rule over him.  He had a big church, a fine car, a large income.  He began to steal from the church offerings.  He began to teach lies.  He spoke mostly half-lies and half-truths.  He would not let Me correct him.  I sent My messengers to him to tell him to repent and preach the truth, but he loved the pleasures of this life more than the life of God.  He knew not to teach or preach any other doctrine except the truth as revealed in the Bible.  But before he died, he said the Holy Ghost baptism was a lie and that those who claimed to have the Holy Ghost were hypocrites.  He said you could be a drunkard and get to heaven, even without repentance.

"He said God would not send anyone to hell - that God was too good to do that.  He caused many good people to fall from the grace of the Lord.  He even said that he did not need Me, for he was like a god.  He went so far as to hold seminars to teach this false doctrine.  He trampled My Holy Word under his feet.  Yet, I continued to love him.

"My child, it is better to have never known Me than to know Me and turn back from serving Me," said the Lord.

SOURCE: Mary K Baxter A Divine Revelation of Hell Heaven

Miss Baxter teaches that a saved person can "fall from the grace of the Lord."  This is unbiblical.  When the Apostle Paul used the term "fallen from grace" in Galatians 5:4 he was NOT referring to losing salvation; but rather, to those who corrupt the Gospel... "Christ is become of no effect unto you, whosoever of you are justified by the law; ye are fallen from grace."  Miss Baxter again perverts the Scriptures, teaching false doctrine.  A Christian may walk into sin, but salvation can never be lost, which is clearly evidenced by 1st Corinthians 3:15 and 5:5.  Jesus warned us in Matthew 7:15 of wolves who would come to us in sheep's clothing.  Mary K. Baxter is a wolf in sheep's clothing.

Miss Baxter Corrupts the Simple Gospel

On her website, at www.nowsthetime.org, Miss Baxter states...

Prayer this prayer Aloud:

God I am a sinner and I need to be saved from my sins. I now repent of my sins and I confess Jesus as Lord and Savior. Only He is able to save me from Hell and give me Eternal Life. I believe Jesus in your Son and that You God raised Him from the dead. I do now, with my heart, accept Jesus as my personal Lord and Savior.

Jesus come into my heart and change me from a sinner to a Child of God. Teach me your ways Lord, Lead me to a good church and good bible believing friends that will encourage me and strengthen me in your Word. Write my name in your book of Life and never blot it out but fill me with the Holy Spirit and seal my salvation for all Eternity.

SOURCE: Now's The Time!

First, you don't need to pray aloud to be saved, salvation is of the heart (Romans 10:10).

Second, Baxter teaches Lordship Salvation, i.e., the false teaching that a person must turn from their sins to be saved.  As noted earlier, Baxter teaches that salvation can be lost if a believer doesn't continue in the faith, which philosophy is rooted in self-righteousness.  Eternal life is a "free gift" (Romans 5:15;6:23), which cannot be merited by good works, or lost by bad works.

Thirdly, a person does not need to receive Jesus Christ and "Lord and Savior" to be saved, just Savior.  The Apostle Peter uses the term "Lord and Saviour" 4 times in the New Testament, which was spoken by a man who had already committed his life to Jesus Christ.  However, it must be remembered that Peter was immature at the time he was saved, which prompted Jesus at one point to say to Peter, "Get thee behind me Satan" (Matthew 16:23).  It was Peter who denied Jesus Christ while warming his hands by the fire (John 18:25).  The believers at the church of Corinth were "babes in Christ" (1st Corinthians 3:1), and were a messed up bunch.  We must never pervert the Gospel by requiring people to make a commitment, or give their life to Jesus, in order to Jesus Christ to be saved.  Salvation is a free gift of God, which requires that we give nothing in return.  We need only "Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ..." (Acts 16:31).

Forth, Mary K. Baxter leads people to ask Jesus to "change me from a sinner to a Child of God."  This is more of her ignorant twisting of Biblical theology.  When a person becomes a child of God, they are STILL a sinner.  Salvation doesn't change us from a sinner into something else.  The truth is that the sin-nature will be with us throughout this life; thus, even the best of Christians commit sins, and sometimes very heinous sins.  Listen to what the mighty Apostle Paul said concerning himself in Romans 7:15-24... "For that which I do I allow not: for what I would, that do I not; but what I hate, that do I. If then I do that which I would not, I consent unto the law that it is good. Now then it is no more I that do it, but sin that dwelleth in me. For I know that in me (that is, in my flesh,) dwelleth no good thing: for to will is present with me; but how to perform that which is good I find not. For the good that I would I do not: but the evil which I would not, that I do. Now if I do that I would not, it is no more I that do it, but sin that dwelleth in me. I find then a law, that, when I would do good, evil is present with me. For I delight in the law of God after the inward man: But I see another law in my members, warring against the law of my mind, and bringing me into captivity to the law of sin which is in my members. O wretched man that I am! who shall deliver me from the body of this death?"  Clearly the Apostle Paul was still a big sinner, just like you, me, and everybody else.  Only Jesus is without sin (2nd Corinthians 5:21).

Fifth, Miss Baxter leads people to ask God to write their name in the Book of Life, and "never blot it out."  Again, this is unscriptural wording.  No believer can ever have his or her name blotted out from the Book of Life.  The Bible states in Revelation 20:12 that the "books" (plural) were opened.  God has several record books.  No Christian's name can ever be removed from the Book of Life.  Salvation is a gift, paid for by the precious blood of Jesus Christ (1st Peter 1:18,19).

I would also like to point out that ALL of Miss Baxter's Scripture quotations are from the New International PER-Version of the Bible.  It is not surprising that a person like Mary K. Baxter would teach false doctrine, when she is using a false bible.

Beware of Miss Baxter's Satanic Heresy!

Anyone who claims to have special revelation from God is a liar, because 2nd Peter 1:20 says so... "Knowing this first, that no prophecy of the scripture is of any private interpretation."  The world is filled today with quacks, false prophets, and deceivers who are greedy to make money (2nd Peter 2:1-3).  They will say anything to exploit an ignorant public.  This is why deceivers like Benny Hinn made $100,000,000 last year alone.  People are woefully ignorant of the truth today.  It's a shame that the Bible, God's Word, isn't enough for most people.  They are compelled to buy every book written by some nutcase who claims to have died and come back.  Folks, the Word of God has spoken.  We don't need any "new" messages today.  Miss Baxter is an imposter, who is certainly no Christian.  Benny Hinn is as lost as the Devil himself, yet you'll find the basic Gospel on Hinn's website.  These false prophets have learned the art of deception, even exploiting the simplicity of the Gospel to deceive people.  What people don't see are Benny Hinn's Hidden Heresies.

Mary K. Baxter's heresies are visible enough to see from her numerous writings.  Miss Baxter is committing blasphemy, by elevating her words to the level of the Word of God.  Again, she claims...

Unlike other books, I believe that the Holy Spirit has brought this writing into being for time and eternity.  The experiences and the message are of utmost importance to the body of Christ.

SOURCE: Mary K Baxter A Divine Revelation of Hell Heaven

For time and eternity?  Those are some very bold words.  Baxter claims that her alleged "experiences and the message are of utmost importance to the body of Christ."  So according to Mary K. Baxter, every Bible-believing Christian in the world should be intently listening TO HER, and what SHE HAS TO SAY about Hell and Heaven.  Miss Baxter cannot even find the correct Bible, let alone write a religious article that is doctrinally correct.  What was the reason again why we should listen to you?  I don't think so!  Sadly, her garbage is being distributed throughout the world in several different languages, including Chinese.  So many people are wallowing in the foolish writings of Mary K. Baxter instead of STUDYING the Word of God as 2nd Timothy 2:15 commands (i.e., if you have a King James Bible).  Jesus plainly commanded... SEARCH THE SCRIPTURES! (John 5:39).  Jesus didn't tell us to search the writings of a man, woman, or organization.  The Catholics wallow in their heathen Catechism, while completely ignoring the Word of God.  It is a sin.

As with most false prophets, Baxter focuses on herself instead of the Lord Jesus Christ.  We read in John 1:1 and Revelation 19:13 that Jesus Christ is The Word of God.  When we read the Bible, we are learning the mind of Christ... "Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus" (Philippians 2:5).  Jesus is the Living Word, and the Bible is the Written Word.  Mary Baxter is a false prophet, who makes false claims, in my humble opinion.  I believe demons can deceive people with dreams and visions, especially if substance abuse is involved, but those experiences are NEVER from God. Anyone can make claims about having received visions, and who's to argue with them?  Thankfully, we have the precious Word of God, the King James Bible, to guide us in these critical matters.

Adding Works to the Gospel is a Road to Hell—a Road That White and Baxter Are Traveling!

If you have any doubts as to what I am teaching you from the Bible, please consider Matthew 7:21-23 carefully. These religious people gave their lives to the name of Jesus. They boasted of their “many wonderful works.” They followed Jesus and served Him rigorously for a lifetime. And yet, now they are being sent to Hell forever! Whoa! Jesus said the horrifying words to them in Matthew 7:23, “I NEVER KNEW YOU: DEPART FROM ME, YE THAT WORK INIQUITY! The Lord tells them what they did wrong. Matthew 7:21, “Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.” These false prophets, like Ellen White and Katherine Baxter, and the false prophets in Acts 15:1, didn't do God's will. Instead, they ADD works to the finished work of Christ. Whatever is required to pay our massive debt of sin was completely paid in full by the precious blood of Jesus. Salvation is not doing your best, it is having Christ's best put to your account through receiving Him by faith. God will not save anyone who is trying to be saved, He will only save those who are trusting to be saved.

False prophets always start out by calling eternal life a free gift, but then they subtly add things to it; such as, “inviting Christ into your life,” “asking Jesus into your heart,” offering “a prayer of commitment,” surrendering to Christ's will so that “I am no longer calling the shots in my life,” and so forth.

The Bible plainly teaches us in 1st Corinthians 15:1-4 what “the Gospel” (i.e., Good News) is:

1st Corinthians 15:1-4, “Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand; By which also ye are saved, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain. For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures.”

There it is—Christ DIED on the cross for our sins, He was BURIED, and He bodily RESURRECTED the third day for our justification. This is “the Gospel.” If you try to get into Heaven any other way besides believing the Gospel, you won't be allowed!!! Take your time and go through the information again. Pray and ask God to open your eyes to the truth of His Word. Study 1st Corinthians 15:1-4. Then study Rick Warren's teachings and compare. As you'll clearly see, Mr. Warren has added all sorts of works, discipleship, letting God call the shots instead of me, making a commitment to live an upright life, et cetera ... all to obtain salvation. What malarkey! This is all so far away from “the simplicity that is in Christ” (2nd Corinthians 11:3-4). Rick Warren's plan of salvation is a complicated nightmare. It's a bunch of malarkey I tell you!!!

People will always try to put you into bondage to get you to obey them instead of obeying the Lord Jesus Christ. That's what religion will do, you see! —Pastor Max D. Younce, a quote from the awesome sermon titled, INDEPENDENCE DAY—FREEDOM FROM BONDAGE—CIVIL OR RELIGIOUS?
